He lived next door and treated every guest like they were stepping into his own home. From my personal life experience and monitoring the behavioral patterns of family, friends and society I felt compelled to switch careers into the Nutrition industry. It became increasingly clear to me that, in general, nutrition awareness is crucial to fostering a healthier society. I strive to make an impact on people’s lives via nutrition education. I created HealthyN'Delicious because it helps me reach nutritional awareness and nutritional education. I help modify dietary intake (making it more nutrient dense, low-fat, low sodium, low cholesterol...) without compromising the taste. My role at The Nathaniel Witherell Home (in Greenwich, CT) as a Foodservice Supervisor/Dietetic Technician enabled me to practice my specialized courses of study-foodservice and clinical nutrition, as well as my former experience and education in Business Management. Today, as I continue my path in becoming a Registered Dietetian I also work for Aramark in hopes of aquiring and developing new skills. I am a Cruise Planners franchise owner too! I started my international travels at the early age of 13. I fell in love with the world and the more I excelled in nutrition the more I noticed how both my passions (travel & nutrition) are related.
