As a Sr. Purchasing Analyst and Assistant buyer my knowledge includes requisitioning and issuing purchase orders. My responsibility also include the following-up on the invoicing by insuring they are correct and matches the PO's; to then have accounting pay out the invoices. With new vendors I make sure they know our terms of payments and negotiate so that we receive the best possible pricing available. Office manager handled purchasing of hand held devices, managed the day to day activities need to keep our office running smoothly. Facilities Services, I provide quality administrative and facilities support. I managed projects from start to finish. Event Coordinator: I managed 3 major events a year; with small ones during the months. I have done fund raising for the United Way at Merril Lynch by organizing different events in the department and collected over $1500 above expected amounts. I have done research for products & services. Worked on projects: 1) The automation of the way we processed trading tickets on the trading floor. 2) Improving procedures of getting issues approved. 3) Coordinating events for company holiday parties, bring your daughters to work program. As a virtual assistant I ran my own company. I handled all the administrative needs for my clients working from home.v My experiences and pleasure is working with start up, small, to large companies. Financial Industry I received my Series 7 & 63, worked on the Trading Floor & Syndicate Settlement. . Coordinating work flow between the banking, trading and the syndicate members events were changeling, very fast pace and high pressure yet I enjoyed them very much.
