I’m currently leading the digital factory initiative at Flex (NASDAQ: FLEX). Flex is a $24B, Fortune Global 500 sketch-to-scale™ EMS company that has over 200,000 employees and operates out of 30 countries. Throughout the years working in IT, I had the opportunity to lead and work in every function of an enterprise IT department, including directly supporting the C-Suite with their strategic initiatives. The experience I gained by working throughout multiple disciplines of IT has allowed me to be successful in identifying opportunities, creating a vision, building global organizations from the ground up, and delivering technology solutions with a strong ROI. Highlights: || Delivered the Pulse app which helped the CEO and other leaders within the company gain real-time visibility, insight, and decision power into the business from anywhere any device. || Deployed Flex.com and SalesForce Pardot in less than 3 months, supporting the marketing organization's rebrand and redesign efforts, which got nominated for the 2017 webby awards. || Implemented the Office365/SharePoint 2013 platform in a hybrid configuration, while migrating 70,000 users, 13,000 sites, and their assets from an on-prem WSS 2003 product to the Hybrid 2013 SharePoint platform. || In 2016 my organization was responsible for saving over six million dollars by retiring old assets, introducing new technology, and negotiating better positions on contracts. || Introduced Chat Bots & NLP technologies to help access info in the area of support, engineering documentation retrieval, and analytics more creatively.
