Chief spokesperson in over 100 Master and local bargains and on the management team in well over 125 bargains with the UAW, USW, OE, Teamsters and IAM during 24 years in with Dana Corporation. While at First Solar I have served as spokesperson for First Solar with the IBEW, Ironworkers and Laborers Unions on solar construction sites through the state of California.Currently serving as global HR leader for First Solar as Executive Vice President of Human Resources/CHRO. Responsibilities currently include the oversight of all Global HR functions and Corporate Communications initiatives for an organization of more than 6,000 associates and 73 HR and Communications professionals including international hiring, recruiting (executive and salaried), new country entry, headcount management, EPC HR support, executive compensation, HRIS, Operations support, Internal and External communications and Talent Management/Development (OD) reporting directly to the CEO.Specialties: Union negotiations, labor strategy, Human Resources management, Human Resources Global leadership.
