Responsible for developing, implementing and administering all aspects of the Bank's Federal Regulatory Compliance Management Program. Support operational compliance activities and collaborate with Management accordingly. Manage various consumer compliance audits and regulatory examinations. Assist in developing new hire and ongoing compliance training. Advise the Board of Directors, Senior Management and Bank personnel of emerging compliance issues and consult with and guide the Bank in the establishment of controls to mitigate risks.
