He has more than 20 years of successfulTechnology, Private Equity, Venture Capital and Credit Market experience in deal origination, structured financing, placement and team management. He is proactive in strategic analysis, financial structuring, and funding with extensive major industry depth in Asset Backed Securities, Information Technology, Energy, Technology, Mobile, Telecom, Software and Life Sciences co investing with Financial Institutions Groups, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Family Offices. David has managed and helped build out Private Equity teams. He previously positions at Deutsche Bank, NewOak Capital, Global Emerging Markets, Gerald Energy (acquired by Mann Financial Group) and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (acquired by Credit Suisse). David has an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Miami School of Business and is fluent in English, German and Spanish with a basic knowledge of Swedish, French, Portuguese, and Arabic.
