Faithful Gould is primarily engaged in furnishing operating counsel and assistance to managements of private, nonprofit, and public organizations. These generally perform a variety of activities, such as strategic and organizational planning| financial planning and budgeting| marketing objectives and policies| information systems planning, evaluation and selection| human resource policies and practices planning| and production scheduling and control planning.

My background is in PM and have worked in both public and private sectors. Experience includes large £bn infrastructure programmes, Academies/UTCs/Higher Education, commercial developments, and CRE/occupier projects. Specialties: client account management, project briefing, procurement strategy, project risk, commercial management, problem solving, team leadership and operations.
