Led negotiations and evaluated deal rationale for targeted acquisitions and conversion of independent stores including purchase and consideration structures, due diligence activity, synergy models, and integration. Developed the “satellite store” program for low cost expansion within territories which led to additional units and revenue. Provided an avenue for existing franchisees to leverage their territory by adding additional locations for less than half the cost of a new store. Developed the “managing partner” program aimed at encouraging franchise expansion by providing a program that rewarded outstanding employees with opportunities for ownership and profit sharing. Created standardized store launch procedures providing a process for time-driven store openings resulting in a highly repeatable process that accelerated store launches and allowed the in house launch team to handle significantly more store openings. Created store level incentive plans which increased employee productivity and significantly reduced overall labor costs at the store level.
