As Chief Client Development Officer at Faegre Baker Daniels, Melanie is responsible for developing, overseeing and managing the firm's strategic marketing campaigns and business development efforts. She works closely with firm management and her team to identify and implement strategic initiatives and goals at the firm, practice and individual levels. Melanie helped build the marketing and communications strategy and led the execution of those efforts in the combination of Baker & Daniels and Faegre & Benson in 2011. Prior to her role with Faegre Baker Daniels, Melanie was the Director of Business Development & Marketing for Baker & Daniels, and served as Director of Marketing for Lewis and Roca LLP, based in Phoenix, Arizona. Her legal experience also includes serving as the Membership Services Coordinator for the Maricopa County Bar Association in Phoenix.
