I'm currently leading the push to grow FabFitFun's team while staying true to the amazing culture they've already built. My background is in recruitment, diversity initiatives, and law. I've worked as a recruiter helping companies define roles and identify and attract the right talent, as a consultant researching and implementing best practices in employee recruitment, retention, and engagement, and as a corporate attorney advising tech companies on their employment practices and legal compliance. I'm a graduate of Stanford Law School and Rice University, cum laude. I was on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for my efforts advancing diversity and inclusion in workplaces around the country.
