Jessica is Marketing & Communications Lead at Montagu Private Equity, and a member of the Investor Relations team, based in London. She joined Montagu in 2021 from Hg, where she was Head of Community & Portfolio Engagement for three years. In 2018, she launched their digital community platform Hive and managed Hg's global summits, forums & webinars. During the COVID pandemic, Jessica launched Hg's virtual summits. Prior to this, she was the Marketing Director at Episode 1 Ventures, an early stage seed fund, investing in software technology start-ups. She was responsible for their Marketing function and aided in launching a programme offering operational expertise on scaling from Seed to Series A. Jessica holds a BA in Archaeology & a Masters in Museum & Archaeological Artefact Studies from the University of Durham and a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing
