Enel is a multinational group based in Italy, a leading integrated player in the power and gas markets of Europe and Latin America.

All my professional career is linked to Information and Communication Technologies, focused on technology applied to support and improve Business processes, mainly within international enterprise environments. I am currently the Head of Data Competence Center at Enel Global Customer Digital Hub (located in Italy), leading the definition and adoption of a unified Data Platform architecture and focus on optimizing and developing new solutions and AI/ML models with the possibility of being used in multiple countries. My previous position was as Head of Digital Solutions department (CIO) in Romania, promoting, implementing and supporting a deep Digital transformation at country level. I have an extend experience in any kind of IT implementation, operation and application management, leading the Digital transformation providing solutions and roadmaps to Business departments. I am highly skilled to define, optimize and implement processes, using innovative solutions as managing products, infrastructures, international services and coordinating international transformation projects. After several years performing this activity, I have an advanced level defining, managing and optimizing budget, looking for yearly costs’ and improvement/reductions. In terms of team management, I have a deep knowledge of managing complexes teams, promoting collaboration between different parts of the organization. For the last six years I am working under a matrix organizational model, adopting agile and scrum methodology when possible.
