While everything that follows still applies, I've decided to exit the IT industry and corporate America and be in charge of my own destiny. After many years of experience in the food service industry prior to my IT career, I am now back and own a Togo's Sandwich Shoppe in Irvine, CA (14252 Culver Dr. #E).My experience is my strength. With over 15 years at IBM, preceded by eight years with McDonnell Douglas, I developed many skills which could be an asset to any company. This time was spent in several Information Technology positions ranging for project management to administrative coordination to end user computer support. I've held leadership positions such as team lead of a 60-person help desk, and twice led projects to design, implement and maintain automated customer satisfaction surveying applications, relying on a variety of skills such as marketing, sales, presentation, financial forecasting, system administration, training and application support. I have an extensive customer service background, having spent nine years in a call center environment, performing telephone and onsite support to end users as well as back office support to call centers in the form of operational reporting and customer satisfaction.
