Launching into the staffing industry in 1992 as a Staffing Manager and by turns working as an Onsite Manager, Office Manager, Help Desk Manager, and IS Product Manager before assuming the current role as VP of Strategic Services. During my tenure, my teams and I have been presented with many opportunities to develop and drive successful change events to strengthen the organizations health. Experiences include the technical development, marketing, sales, training, and service of strategic workforce tools and organizational change initiatives. As VP of Strategic Services, I continue to focus on organizational health through learning and development, change management, and strategic support of service operations.
