Reduced our speed to markets from months to weeks and increased accessibility score from 65 to 100. oRe-Architected our ERP System (Epicor) supporting 12 mfg./distribution centers across 3 global regions from a traditional on-premises data centers to the cloud realizing over 50% cost reduction while achieving increased delivery times. •Reimagined Insurance POS system: oRe-Engineered the Allstate Agents Point of Sales system eliminating 100% of AS/400’s from the agents offices (10K+) and replacing legacy quoting application with on-line real-time quoting engine. oCreated the first Services Oriented Architecture at Allstate allowing all applications (Agents, Allstate.com, 1800-Allstate call center) to use the same set of services to quote, rate, and issue P&C insurance. •Transformed Loan Origination Process: oHand-picked to lead offsite catalyst group under new company name to rethink and rebuild entire loan origination process using modern technology patterns and platforms.
