Electra America, together with its affiliates, have acquired, operated and sold over 150 multifamily communities with a value of $3 billion since 1991. The Principals of Electra America have worked in both the private and public sectors of multifamily real estate. Seeking to capitalize on the current market, the Principals returned to the private sector in the first quarter of 2015, and now own and operate 59 multifamily properties containing over 17,000 units as well as maintain a sizable investment in Electra America.
