Majority of B2B customer satisfaction is determined by how they are onboarded and how they get the support. I combine deep product know-how with process knowledge to create smooth onboarding and support journeys that not only create great customer experiences but also unlock high revenue potentials. At eKomi, I also founded our program management office to ensure all product lines stay in sync and work together to achieve organisations’ goals. This has helped eKomi win major global RFPs with some of the world’s largest organisations creating multi-million dollar opportunities. Apart from these, I am hardcore entrepreneurial and conceptualised and launched new products for employee engagement, innovative online communications and offline customer feedback collection. My current role is a VP level role where I report directly to CEO and CPO.
