Led businesses ranging from pre-revenue to $600MM+, on brands such as Evian, Oikos, and Lipton/Knorr soups. Key ingredient to success along the way: the great people I have had the opportunity to call my colleagues, and a guiding principle that – as we spend most of our waking lives at work – we owe it to ourselves and each other to make the best of it. This philosophy extends to my personal life, where I'm an avid (hopeless?) Cleveland sports fan, Tex Mex aficionado, and father of two young children.
