I am an ICF-certified coach working with organisations and individuals to enhance performance and well-being. I challenge and support people to: > Set courageous goals that excite and inspire > Get accountable to the impact they want to have on the world > A healthy work-life balance > Eliminate sabotaging behaviours I also work with my clients to build a personal foundation that supports their achievement of courageous goals. A strong personal foundation means being shameless about your strengths, making your values at the centre of what you do and living for a purpose that is meaningful to you. Having this structure in place enables clients to build their business and design their life with strong integrity and confidence. I am also an instructor and black belt in aikido, a Japanese mind-body martial art, which I use to tune into the the energy of my clients and help them to utilise their somatic (body) intelligence to make decisions. I have 200 hours of coach training with industry leader Coach U and 500+ hours of client experience. I am certified through the International Coach Federation (ACC) and adhere to their code of ethics.
