I am an IT executive who drives the business through technology, transformation, and innovation. My career spans 20+ years in national and multi-national leadership roles with major retail brands. What I do is identify what IT solutions are needed, migrate the organization from manual to digital, and integrally contribute to position the businesses at the forefront of its category.Currently, I’m driving the IT vision and strategy for Edina Realty, a leading provider of real estate data and information. I instrumentally support the corporate initiative to provide technology to our users Anytime, Anyplace, Anywhere.Previously, as CIO with Famous Dave’s of America, my main charge was to transform IT from tactical execution to a strategic partner that aligned with the business to increase profits. I instituted real-time business intelligence, deployed cloud-based CRM, and enhanced the web presence to improve the customer experience.What I’m most known for is coming into an organization and leading a full-scale IT turnaround. I do that by identifying, articulating, and building consensus on strategies to align IT with the strategic objectives of the business.
