I came in to Estate Agency at the age of 17 as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator based in FBM's Haverfordwest Branch. After several enjoyable months I realised that I wanted a bigger challenge and applied for a role in Residential Sales. I was fortunate enough to be offered a position as a Trainee Sales Negotiator in our Tenby Branch and have never looked back. Since then I have progressed through the company becoming an NAEA certified Sales Negotiator, and subsequently a Senior Negotiator. During this period I developed my interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as proving myself to be a committed, hard working and professional Negotiator. In 2012 I became the Manager of our Tenby Branch, taking on additional managerial roles and responsibilities. Since then, the Tenby Branch has risen to become the best performing Estate Agency in the Tenby area and in 2015 we earned the accolade of FBM's 'Office of the Year' award; a fitting reward for the hard work and diligence of my amazing team at the Tenby Branch. As I enter my 11th year with FBM I look forward to the new challenges that await and will ensure the Tenby Branch's continued pursuit of excellence. My team and I are committed to providing a first class service to our customers and to maintaining the professional standards of the FBM Estate Agency group. My current roles include: - Managing a busy sales office and staff. - Negotiations. - Property valuations. - Overseeing the sales process. - Dealing with legal terms and contracts.
