Dianne Walker currently serves as the SVP of HR with responsibility for planning/directing all programs and activities relating to the successful management of DI’s human capital. Currently, Ms. Walker carries HR management responsibility for a workforce numbering greater than 10,000 represented and non-represented employees operating at more than 50 CONUS and OCONUS work locations to include hostile regions. In this assignment, Ms. Walker is accountable for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of all HR programs to include those relating to International/Domestic Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, HRIS, Employee Assistance, Employee Development, Continuous Improvement, Compliance, Facilities, and Generalist Services.She is an accomplished executive who demonstrates strong leadership skills and integrity while driving solid business results.
