I am an IT professional that loves to be challenged by complex business problems. I enjoy a fast paced team environment where individual accomplishments are part of a team’s success. I enjoy the challenge of working for a progressive fast paced entrepreneurial company that spans industries, embraces the newest technologies and is innovative with software solutions.Bio at DriveTime - Throughout my career at DriveTime I have continually moved up in the career path at a rapid pace. I started in 2001 as an Intern from ASU. After working in the Accounting & Finance department I accepted a full time position as a Financial Analyst in 2002. After 2 years in that role I wanted to span boundaries into the IT field as a database developer. As a database developer I was able to provide quality data for applications and for our data warehouse environment. In addition to database developer I took a more active role in leadership and became a Scrum master. In 2008 I became IT team lead and began to build up the Database and Platform teams. In 2010 I became IT manager and now work with multiple teams to set direction. I work directly with executive staff to develop our IT strategies and goals.
