Combining strengths as a business owner and marketer, I offer the best of both worlds—strategic thinking and tactical execution. My background includes 20+ years of global marketing leadership experience with exposure to diverse industries including specialization in food service. Driving the marketing strategy and vision to fuel brand competitiveness and revenue increases is where I excel. I’m an entrepreneur at heart, beginning my career at McDonald’s, where I rapidly advanced from an entry-level food service role to the youngest franchisee in McDonald’s Australia and finally CMO. While there I played a key role in growing the market to nearly 1,000 restaurants. Following fast-track success at McDonald’s, I served in similar senior marketing executive roles within the amusement park, photography, and media industries. Most recently I was appointed to drive marketing operations for a family owned barbecue enterprise with 600+ locations and 350 franchisees. Notably, I reversed a volatile revenue situation via formulating a new strategy focused on franchisees and rebuilding cross-functional relationships to ensure a cooperative approach to marketing. I believe in surrounding myself with the best and brightest talent, drawing on broad strengths and ideas to achieve and exceed goals.
