I have a very rewarding career in Human Resources at DH Pace. As they say time flies and I can honestly say the last 20 years have gone by so very quickly, yet so much has changed. I am fortunate to be a part of a growing and impactful organization. We are currently in 35 cities across the nation and on the brink of more balanced and strategic growth. I have helped lead the organization’s HR efforts and my comprehensive experience includes strategic business initiatives, workforce development and talent management, performance measurements, benefit design and administration, compensation, team building, workplace communications and legal compliance. Even after so many years, this company affords me the opportunity to hone my skills and abilities and I attribute much of my professional career growth to its progressive philosophy towards customer service.
