I am a people person with a proven capacity to lead transformational organisational change, and a focus on improving strategic and operational business performance through building capable and motivated teams that have fun and produce great results. I love working closely with colleagues, customers and stakeholders from the frontline to the boardroom to collaboratively develop creative and sustainable solutions. I have a worked in senior leadership roles across large and complex organisations to build expertise in: •adult and organisational learning and development, •knowledge management, •program and project management, •innovation and process improvement, •supply chain management, •operations management, and •education.
