As The Vice President of Technology at Defy Media, I am responsible and lead the daily operations of Tech ops, Dev ops and the IT department’s activities. My background is in entertainment technology, DR planning, media distribution and overall corporate technology ideologies. I am Comfortable in a managerial position as well as being technically hands on and troubleshooting technical issues. I lead the IT department in how it engages the business functions of Defy Media and helps build the capabilities that are needed for corporation to succeed. I enjoy learning about new technologies and advancing the capabilities of the corporation to allow for significant growth while also being able to support the growing infrastructure. Extensive experience designing and running both large and small-scale internet and corporate infrastructures. Specialties: IT architecture and operations, security, disaster recovery planning and implementation.
