As the Production Manager for an automotive website company, I specialize in creating, streamlining and creating new processes for the creation . With customer service background, I utilize my experience to create an atmosphere that is focused around a beneficial and long lasting impression on the clients that will foster relationships for the company past the original contract ending date. I manage a team that is continuously expanding, growing and evolving - much as the entire company is. Inevitably, I find that I end up gravitating towards leadership roles in any company that I work for. This has gone across three different industries (Food, Retail, and Web Design), and I believe I thrive under conditions that I can help develop a team, either directly through training or indirectly through example. Currently, I have both moved departments (at request) and been promoted from within the same department twice to become the Production Manager within a period of less than two years.
