Brad Fisher, APR, is responsible for advertising and public relations for the DCH Health System, which operates DCH Regional Medical Center, Northport Medical Center and Fayette Medical Center. He is Accredited in Public Relations and been named a Senior Practitioner by the Southern Public Relations Federation. He received the Silver Medal, the club’s highest award, from The Tuscaloosa Advertising Federation. Mr. Fisher teaches a reporting class required for all journalism and public relations majors in the College of Communication and Information Sciences at the University of Alabama.Mr. Fisher worked as a reporter for the Florence Times*Tri-Cities Daily and The Tuscaloosa News before entering the advertising and public relations field. Mr. Fisher received a degree in journalism and public relations from the University of Alabama, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Kappa honorary fraternities. He is active in the Public Relations Council of Alabama and the Tuscaloosa Advertising Federation. He performs stand-up comedy.
