My name is Allissa LaScala, and I'm an FIT alumni and experienced marketing professional. I started my career with a focus on influencer marketing, which later evolved into a focus in direct response and retention marketing. During my time at Daniel Wellington, I built and managed the commercial calendar, including branding and promotional campaigns, curated influencer marketing strategy and partners, owned the marketing budget for the Canadian entity, and analyzed customer data to better improve marketing strategy and targeting. I also negotiated OOH marketing, curated retail and VIP events locally and abroad, and lead and developed a team. I am passionate about helping to expand and evolve DTC fashion brands. Currently I am working as an E-commerce Associate at heritage brand Aerosoles. My main responsibilities include email marketing, CRM, customer service, affiliate marketing, running initiatives for our loyalty program, and working in Shopify to build products and run on site promotions.
