Our patent agents and attorneys do not prosecute applications through the USPTO, but support research scientists and attorneys of record with professionally drafted invention disclosures, applications, and amendments on a project basis.

I am a highly confident, personal individual, who thrives on challenges and wants to succeed at the highest level. My career to date has progressed at an exceptional pace, with over 15 years’ experience in both listed and PE companies. I started my appointment as a CFO at the age of 29 for DCS Group Plc, then CFO of Transcom Worldwide in 2007, CFO of Mood Media. I then joined CPA global as CFO - a PE backed business which was sold for £2.4bn in November 2017. I am presently Group CFO of Cogital Group, a PE backed services business. Some of my achievements over the last 15 years: -Sold Cpa global for £2.4bn -Listed Group onto the UK AIM market and successful IPO process for full London listing -Successful sale of a listed company for a significant premium -Raised approx. $1bn - Implemented a new capital structure with global banks to allow for growth in the business and add value -Completed many acquisitions for strategic reasons through capital and equity raises -Created strong relationships with shareholders and banks/bondholders in UK, USA and Canada -Major role in the strategic development of the businesses -Created sound operational processes and controls -Implemented effective tax structures -Created the appropriate teams and structures within the organisation
