My personal career goal is to upgrade my knowledge and resources to grow as a professional. To be a trust worthy asset to the company I work for and always take pride in the work I do. What makes me stand out is that I have been employed at Cox for 19 years. I set the performance standard for the amount of quality orders processed which lead me to be nominated by my management and peers of CA of the day every day. On top of that I bring billing experience that assist many reps in escalations and the right protocol format when escalating to the our national support center. Due to my teamwork and persistence to get things done, I have won the $2 billion coin award, which was voted amongst not only my peers but sales reps and leadership.
