As a technology industry leader, I have successfully designed and managed complex IT solutions, including cloud-based applications, while working closely with executive stakeholders to align IT services with customer and user needs. In my role as Vice President of Information Technology at George M. Leader Family Corporation, I increased alignment with business peers and corporate initiatives and provided greater transparency into business operations and opportunities through IT. My competencies include strategic planning and direction, project management, policy development, quality assurance, client and vendor relations, budget management, disaster recovery solutions, team building, performance management, integration and optimization, organizational planning, security controls, risk assessments, and HIPAA security officer. Currently, as Vice President of Information Technology at George M. Leader Family Corporation, I plan, coordinate, direct, and design all operational activities of the IT department and collaborate directly with the executive management team and decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization. I will continue to foster innovation and prioritize IT initiatives to achieve business goals while keeping up with trends and issues in the IT industry, including current technologies and prices, to advise, counsel, and educate executives and management on their competitive and financial impact. Outside of work, I serve on the Executive Council Board for The North American Versatile Hunting Dog Association as the Director of Technology. My interests include hunting, hiking, training versatile hunting dogs and spending time with my family.
