My experience includes, but not limited to, the following few key accomplishments: + Building a new web client platform using Node, React, and Redux/Fluxible to enable isomorphic capabilities for SEO and faster web site response times resulting in ~30% improvement in conversion and ~20% improvement in customers buying serviced products. + Building, optimizing, and supporting high traffic multi-brand and global consumer-facing web properties & platforms, including a marketplace and cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) models. + Contributing to partners'​ standards protocol definition (PSP/STAR - Standards for Technology in Automotive Retail) and adopting the same between motorcycle OEM's and multi-line dealerships. + Building and managing global technology teams with people and performance management responsibilities, including enablement of offshore development capabilities.
