Thu is a results-driven global sales and strategy leader with 20+ years of experience leading complex company transformations, turnarounds, and go-to-market initiatives, helping startup and mature companies. Thu was recruited to her last 4 organizations because of her consistent ability to build sustained revenues through existing and new channels, products and business development partnerships within the MarTech, AdTech and Online Media industries; including SaaS Platforms, Data & Analytics, Programmatic, Sponsorship, Editorial & Branded Content. Thu’s cumulative revenue impact has contributed to $560M+ by working with industry leaders such as Google, LinkedIn, AMEX, Walmart, Zillow, Pfizer, 1-800-flowers, and Verizon. She is well suited to new and complex challenges and responsibilities as evidenced by multiple promotions to strategic revenue and growth leadership roles. Leadership Effectiveness. As North America sales leader for Everyday Health, drove the largest corporate growth 2 consecutive years, $30M+ in revenue; and launched a new business division to double digital revenue growth.
