I have worked in the construction business for over 20 years. I have the majority of my construction experience as an Estimating Coordinator but am able to do many of the administrative duties as well. I am able to build a sublist as I look thru drawings and specifications, create invitations to bid, take a project that is out for bid from start to finish including all addenda. I am familiar with insurance requirements for bidding projects, with coverage that subcontractors need to carry, bid bonds, builders risk, performance and payments bonds as well as surety letters, etc. I am also in tune with the carpenters and the laborer unions, MSCBA, and MassDOT,
