But having said the above at an election time and to stay legal this profile is promoted by Paula Wade on behalf of Colin Noble, both at West Suffolk Conservative Association, Unit 8, Swan Lane Business Park, Exning, Newmarket, Suffolk CB8 7FN Have been a County Councillor at Suffolk County Council for 8 years and in my time have held the role Cabinet Member for Finance and Property, looking at the overall £1Billion budget of the Council and how to protect front line services and deliver on the Suffolk Conservative pledge of no County Council Tax rise for the next 4 years; also looking at how we can maximise the return on the County Council property portfolio, occupying as few buildings as we can sharing with other public bodies where possible. Before that I was the Cabinet Member for Public Health, Sport and Adult Social Care services delivered across Suffolk focusing on getting people involved in taking care of their health through simply changes and more active life choices. Politically leading an organisation providing outstanding care to the most vulnerable in our Society and improving organisational effectiveness to delivery the best value for people's hard earned Council tax. Nationally I am a member of the Local Government Association Community Wellbeing Board and am a Member Peer. I am also an elected member on the LGA Conservative National Executive. Specialties: Working with a great team, hunting down every last penny of savings, championing the individual and putting them at the heart of their own care planning.
