The physicians of Compass Oncology provide a full range of medical oncology, hematology, radiation oncology, gynecologic oncology, pathology, palliative care, and breast surgery services. The practice's specialized physician and clinical staff offer the latest advancements in cancer treatment and clinical research in a supportive and caring environment. Compass Oncology serves the Portland and Vancouver area communities with six offices: four in Portland, one in Tualatin, and one in Vancouver.

Cross-functional and highly collaborative Human Resources professional, experienced in organizational operations, people and system management. Highly successful in demonstrating a sense of urgency in driving business objectives while utilizing internal and external resources. Over the past 15+ years, I've had the privilege of working in multiple industries, including Healthcare, Food & Beverage/Grocery/Distribution, Staffing & Recruiting, and Construction industries. Within those industries I've lead, developed, and mentored sales teams; executed and implemented supply chain processes; conducted new business development and account management activities; performed and lead recruiting, staffing, and on-boarding efforts in addition to employee labor relations; provided administrative support to company executives and project management teams.
