Once, I wanted to show other people the things they didn't know before. Between there and here I've been a media researcher, ad designer, newsprint pre-press runner, IT operations guy, higher education administrator, college lecturer, staff trainer, recreational facility manager, event planner, sport program coordinator, data analyst, HR systems geek, and all-around process efficiency fiddler. Through it all, I've found that it's really about understanding the "stuff" of my work, investing in whoever my clients/students/end-users are, and then giving them what they need to be successful. I like people, I like learning about their stuff, and I like helping them do awesome things with their stuff in really cool ways.
