My passion is in helping to build great companies who in turn deliver an exceptional experience for their customers, employees, and investors. I have successfully led customer-focused operations teams for a number of prominent B.C. technology companies over the last 20 years and am just as passionate and result-driven today as I was when I started out in this industry! My experience and energy has been focused on building lean, effective and scalable customer delivery, support, and account management practices while also providing other broad operational and finance leadership at the executive level. I am currently in charge of Operations and Client Services at Clevest, an award-winning company providing software solutions for mobile workforce management and smart grid operations exclusively for electric, gas and water utilities. I am actively involved in both the technology and local community. As a member of the BC Technology Industry Association; I helped found and currently co-chair the Services & Support Executive forum. I am also a strong advocate and regular volunteer for Junior Achievement; the world’s largest not-for-profit organization dedicated to educating young people about business. While I am currently focused day-to-day on my role at Clevest, I am always happy to connect with and help anyone interested and involved in service operations, performance management, and other areas I specialize in.
