Over the past 25 years I have devoted my career in Luxury working primarily in the Western Hemisphere to driving meaningful and long-lasting business growth, maximizing market share, and producing healthy commercial/financial results. Colleagues and customers describe me as a team-oriented client-focused executive. I am passionate about optimizing brand awareness by embracing and leveraging current and new technologies. While working for Chopard as Managing Director for the Caribbean and Latin America I was responsible for all sales aspects and omnichannel marketing which galvanizes the brand’s message across all consumer touch points in various distribution channels; Travel Retail, on board of Cruise-Ships, with Multi-Brand Business Partners and Franchisees and directly operated Chopard Boutiques. I highly contributed to the building off the Miami based ‘State of the Art’ Service Center with a repair capacity of 15,000 units. Within in a short period of time it transformed to the Service Center of the Americas and is regarded in the industry as one of the most complete and professional repair facilities.
