An experienced global retail professional with a demonstrated 12+ year history of working in the direct-to-consumer luxury retail industry managing products and services. I have the ability to marry my data and results-driven mindset with a creative, entrepreneurial approach to growth. I pride myself on leading multi-disciplined teams to deliver localized strategies that provide value to the customer. I love a challenge, and thrive in fast-paced, start-up and high-growth environments where I can be part of creating and building global brands. In January 2019, three years into my journey at Charlotte Tilbury, I moved to London from NY to build out their e-commerce channel and deliver expansion into new EU and Asia markets and scale quickly in existing countries. In May 2021, I joined Tomorrow Ltd's executive team to build and oversee their global DTC business across ecommerce and physical retail. In July 2022, I started at PANGAIA as Commercial Director responsible for digital, wholesale and retail sales channels. I have my MBA focused in Marketing & Operations from University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School.
