With more than 15 years of corporate communications and agency experience, Terry Balluck is passionate about connecting companies to their employees to better compete and achieve bottom-line results. His primary areas of expertise include employee and supplier engagement, leadership communications, intranet strategy and change management. Terry is particular about understanding his audiences and how to move them to action. He combines traditional channels with the latest social media tools to inform and influence. He has experience working in a variety of industries including consumer packaged goods, real estate/homebuilding, financial services, information technology, retail, automotive, healthcare and energy. Terry holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He is an Eagle Scout, and enjoys playing ice hockey and camping.
