I am an individual who strives for the best and has vast professional experience An accomplished higher education leader with 10 years progressive experience in leading and managing Admissions and Academic Advisement. I possess significant strengths in process management and improvement, staff development, and exceeding organizational and team goals. My key expertise encompasses all areas of Training and Development, Policy Improvement, Interdepartmental Collaboration, Enrollment Management, Retention, Team Building, Conflict Resolution, and Learning Outcomes. My motto is simple: If I don’t have an answer to something, I will find it and if I don’t know how to do something, I will find out how and become an expert. My ability to be resourceful and resilient gives me a comparative advantage over my contemporaries. I prefer to be a leader than a follower. This is why I believe one should be perfectly capable of working alone and in a team because both cases have similar challenges. I prefer to work as a team member, but when asked to work alone, I fully adapt to my role and work hard to make both ends meet. When I picture myself five years from now, I see myself as a successful individual working as a leader in academic industry. I am also very outspoken in trying to help others succeed, and I want to do just that. With my skill set and diverse background, I can help organizations and people achieve their highest potential.
