As a senior sales, customer success, and operational leader, my career has been dedicated to forming exceptional client relationships at pre-IPO and publicly held SaaS and technology companies. By hiring, mentoring, and developing high performing global teams of up to 300, I’ve consistently built trusted client relationships that maintained customer service delivery, satisfaction, and loyalty. In both c-level strategic and operational leadership roles, I partnered with CEO’s, BOD’s, and executive teams to drive companies through rapid global expansion, acquisition integrations, and successful turnarounds that maximized profitability for stakeholders. Over the course of my career, I’ve led customer facing teams as well as internal groups and was constantly challenged to transform and refocus organizations to meet business objectives, re-establish customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. I’ve overseen the integration of sales, product, and worldwide operations for four M&A transactions which totaled ~$250M, assisted in a company-wide IPO process, and sold products in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.
