Of that experience, 12 years of experience reporting into Executive Committee members in head of and business owner roles reporting to Executive Sponsors. During my time at Brewin Dolphin, I’ve been charged with designing, building and scaling new propositions and business units including •Managed Portfolio Service proposition for intermediaries, scaling from £4.5m in 2010 to what is now a £6bn+ business unit. During the time under my leadership, it became the fastest growing part of the business in percentage and absolute terms •Brewin Portfolio Service proposition for D2C customer, scaling from an idea to almost £300m and almost 10,000 clients. Including responsibility for strategy, designed, implementation and execution. • "Powered by" concept. A bit of blue ocean strategy! Idea, design and execution which has delivered £350m of AUM for Brewin Dolphin •Voyager funds, from idea to over £600m in AUM within 18 months of launch •MI Select Manager funds, from idea to c£4.5bn across five sleeves •As a key part of the intermediary leadership team, taking a business unit from £300m in sales per annum to over £2bn per annum. Harnessing the power of the team, I like to lead, develop and harness highly engaged teams. This led to a business unit engagement score of 92% in 2021, above the industry and company average. An accomplished speaker, I enjoy debating and contributing to the key topics of the wealth management industry and how we can seek to solve both the structural and cultural issues. This has led me to sit on numerous industry panels including •Investment Association FinTech Accelerator, Engine, as an Advisory Board member •TISA Digital Innovation Council •IA Tech Forum As well as numerous invites to join panels for speaking events. In addition to my role at Brewin Dolphin, I was asked to Chair a quarterly Technology Forum at Hampden and Co Private Bank. A role that involves leading discussion with the Hampden C-suite, investors and NEDs. In 2018 I completed the Brewin Dolphin Executive Leadership Programme and more recently, I’ve completed the Oxford University Executive Education short course.
