Burson-Marsteller is a public relations and communications company which located in New York, New York.

I’m a Partner at McKinsey & Company and lead the firm’s communications function globally. I work with an amazing team of professionals to help build the firm’s reputation and engagement with clients and other stakeholders. I joined McKinsey after more than 20 years of leading major agency operations and client engagements in corporate communication, public relations and public affairs. I believe communications - and the teams that design its strategy and execution - play a critical role helping organizations succeed and fulfil their mission. My areas of expertise include: government relations; issues and crisis management; corporate reputation; business to business marketing; financial communications; and team operations and management. In my career, I have led agency and client engagements across the US, Europe and Latin America with a focus on creating and executing award-winning communication campaigns. I have extensive knowledge of international markets, business and political environments, as well as fluency in Spanish and Portuguese. I hope to do my part to make the world a better place have served as an advisor on communications for non-profit organizations, including legal services non-profit Americans for Immigrant Justice; TECHO, which seeks to end poverty in Latin America; and, NPH, which provides shelter, health and education to some of Latin America's most disadvantaged children. Happiest with my family, good food, a great book, running, cycling and hitting the occasional tennis ball. Love a long walk in the woods (followed by a pint in the pub!).
