I started my mortgage banking career shortly after college when I went to work with Savings Bank of Puget Sound in Seattle, Washington in 1973. I spent the first 13 years of my career in the Pacific Northwest and then moved to San Antonio, Texas in 1986 where I was the National Production Manager. I currently have over 49 years of mortgage industry experience. I am the former owner/operator of 3 mortgage companies, 3 consulting firms & the founder of a loan origination software (LOS) company that went public. My knowledge & skills comprise a unique blend of loan origination (sales), operations, secondary marketing, mortgage servicing & mortgage technology.
