Successful Acquisition & Integration of over 20 companies as a lead executive (including as an FTC point executive for the LPS/ServiceLink merger of Black Knight of 3.5B+) Successful leadership team experience resulting in Public Offerings (IPO's with Premenos/1996, Move/1999, Verisk/2009, Black Knight/2015, and Dun & Bradstreet/2020). Extensive experience with recruiting, building and leading high-growth, focused and driven teams of individuals. Direct P&L experience building 15-25%+ YoY Growth within both small, high growth, innovative organizations as well as successfully navigating within larger enterprise public companies.
