I am proficient in all areas of operations, facilities and negotiating the fine points of contracts. Negotiating is one of my greatest strengths. Throughout my career I’ve addressed broad areas of responsibility in employee and building management, purchasing, day to day responsibilities to meet deadlines, facilities planning and installation, customer service, inventory management, finance, HR, IT, logistics, contract management and insurance. I integrate the details well and use my problem-solving skills in creative ways as I address each challenge. Specialties: I have over 20 years of experience in planning, project management, negotiating, problem solving techniques and analytical skills. All of my previous experiences require me to communicate with all levels of an organization from hourly associates to senior management, as well as with customer contacts.
